Return Policy

These guidelines apply to online purchases only.

If you have any concerns or wish to return an item please contact our shipping manager at 303-775-6922 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4 p.m. MST., or email returns@heartcraft.org

You must contact us prior to returning any item to receive a return authorization number.
We will accept your return if the item is unused and in original condition.
We do not reimburse you for the original shipping charges.
No returns outside the continental United States.
We can’t guarantee the same exact replacement product due to the unique nature of each handcrafted item but we will do our best to get as close as possible or suggest something comparable if possible.

Our desire is your complete satisfaction and to address any issues related to your product. Please allow us to respond to email within 24 hours or return your call within the same or following business day.
